Well maintained and super upgraded. Most everything on this boat has been either replaced new, upgraded, or maintained in a very proper fashion. This boat has the roominess and the simplicity to sail of the New England Cat Boats. Arya easily has the space down below of a much larger boat. Surprisingly fast under sail, a great cruising boat.
